JOINT-CIRCULAR No. 01/2001/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC of January 5, 2001 guiding the adjustment of pension and social insurance allowance levels under the Government’s Decree No. 77/2000/ND-CP of December 15, 2000

Subjects entitled to the adjustment of pension and social insurance allowance levels as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 77/2000/ND-CP of December 15, 2000 shall include:

- Pensioners, including officials, public servants, employees, workers, retired armymen and policemen;

- Persons who enjoy working capacity loss allowance, except those enjoying allowances at fixed levels under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 91/2000/QD-TTg of August 4, 2000;

- Allowance - enjoying rubber workers;

- Persons enjoying sickness, maternity, labor accident, occupational disease and funeral allowances;

- Commune/ward officials who ceased working and enjoy allowances under the Government’s Decree No. 09/1998/ND-CP of January 23, 1998.

The Circular stipulates the methods for recalculation of pension and social insurance allowance levels for the above-said subjects
